we got fried rice, Pad thai and lettuce wraps and they were all great. I had some leftovers from the fried rice that my friend thought she would try and guess what? she ordered it for herself the moment she tasted it!!! keep it up guys!

Every time I dine here it’s a 10/10 experience all around. Everyone from Rob, Heather, and my girl Amber to the manager buttercake man are terrific. Already can’t wait to come back!

On the night of Friday, May 22, I visited PF Chang’s and ordered a Coke. To my shock, there was a large piece of plastic inside my drink. This was disgusting and extremely concerning. I informed the waiter immediately, and the only response I received was a simple “We’re sorry,” with no real concern or urgency. If something this large can end up in a beverage, it seriously makes me question the restaurant’s food safety and cleanliness standards. Thankfully I noticed it before swallowing anything, but this was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Had a meet up with my poetry sister, for Happy Hour. The initial bartender Meg, was very helpful, and assisted with my menu collection, though had to leave early, for her Bday celebration. I tipped her anyway. The food was what I remember, the next bartender, was also attentive.

January 21, 2026 at 11am: I just realized that I had not already posted this review… My husband and I have eaten at P.F. Chang’s in numerous states and many different cities over the past 20 years. At this location, we had the most disgusting egg drop soup we’ve ever had, anywhere. We couldn’t even eat it. I cook a lot of Asian food and I honestly couldn’t even tell you what they might’ve done to make such a disgusting bowl of soup. We told the server and she took the soup off our bill. We always order the Mongolian beef and it was barely warm. We have continued to go back to PF Chang’s, over and over again, even though for the last few years, the food has continued to be less than great. Most of the times, it’s because the food is barely warm. We’ve been loyal customers for years but we’re going to take a lonnnng hiatus from P.F. Chang’s.
